About Me
My name is Sharon Katz, an attorney specializing in real estate, wills and estates, and Enduring Powers of Attorney. In addition to my legal practice, I am also coach and guiding people through personal and spiritual development processes.
I believe that a client should never navigate any legal process alone., My role as their attorney is not just to draft documents, but to be there for them to guide, explain, translate, and give confidence, especially when working with clients from abroad.
I was born in South Africa and immigrated to Israel with my parents at the age of three. I served as an officer in the Israel Defense Forces, studied social sciences in at the University of Tel Aviv, and law at he University of Witwatersrand, in Johannesburg. I am the proud mother of three wonderful sons.
Since being admitted to the Israeli Bar Association in 1994, I have worked alongside my father, Attorney N. Hertzel Katz (now retired) whose name was almost a household world among immigramts from South Africa. His well-known professional dedication to client service, and his innate integrity have profoundly influenced me and the way I practice law.
What Sets Me Apart
I specialize in working with clients who are geographically or sensitively distant from the Israeli legal system. Many of my clients live abroad, purchasing property in Israel or navigating complex inheritance matters. I explain every step with clarity.

I believe that every client deserves to feel understood, supported, and confident - you are not alone in the process. For me, attorney-client relationships are more than legal transactions; they are built on trust, patience, and true partnership - even in the most complex cases and long journeys.
Experience and Perspective
Over the many years I have been in practice , I have handled cases other lawyers declined.
In one example, I managed a multi-heir estate with nineteen heirs (only three in Israel), involving the sale of real estate and the consolidation and international distribution of bank assets. This required patience and careful puzzle-like coordination, and I was honored to play a successful role in that transaction .
I am proud that clients return to me even after 20 years - for themselves or by referral.
